RETURN & REPAIR POLICY - Our policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your Hattie Weselyk purchase, simply contact our studio and inform us of your discrepancy. Returns will be assessed depending on the purchase in question. Please remember all special/custom orders including personalized jewelry with names, birthdates, initials etc. are considered not returnable.
If you need one of our pieces repaired please email Hattie@HattieWeselyk.com for further assistance. There may be a slight charge for repairs so please contact us beforehand to discuss the piece in question. Indicate your reason for the return, and package your purchase safely and securely with insurance.
All repairs will be made on a first-received, first-repaired basis and will be returned to you promptly.
We do not accept custom orders or variations on our designs. If you previously purchased a pair of earrings and lose one we do not offer replacements on a single earring. A new pair may be purchased.
